One month ago I read this through Slashdot.

Claims of “responsible for more than 75% global spam” aren’t easy to believe so I decided to check two numbers in a totally unscientific test: my Gmail spam count on November 12th, the day of the article and 1 month later which is today.

I never clear my Spam “folder”, I use it as a thermometer. One day I’ll graph it just for fun and record keeping. 

And what about those numbers? I’m happy to report that the 3127 messages I had on November 12th have gone down to 1766 today!
